We have built a regional trading platform for the metals and industrial raw materials business, integrating market quotes, product display, spot price inquiries, agreement procurement, tendering, and order management. The platform aims to transform the quotation and transaction processes that were previously scattered across phone calls, chat tools, and spreadsheets into a structured, trackable online workflow.

Block trading relies heavily on information, yet has long remained stuck in fragmented communication
Prices, specifications, and delivery terms change frequently, and both parties in a transaction often repeatedly confirm details over the phone and via chat tools. The more scattered the information, the more likely pricing discrepancies, version confusion, and fulfillment disputes will arise.
We therefore focused the project on "unifying the transaction context," ensuring that market data, products, inquiries, procurement, and orders remain continuously linked on a single platform, rather than adding yet another information channel.
High-value transactions require transparency and traceability at every key step
Different material specifications and trading methods come with different rules, requiring the platform to accurately present prices, quantities, quality requirements, and delivery terms. Given the high transaction values, any error in status could pose significant risks.
Furthermore, the platform must clearly define its role—whether it acts as an information intermediary, a transaction service provider, or a contracting party—since each role entails distinct liability boundaries that cannot be ambiguously addressed within the product workflow.
Replace context-losing back-and-forth with structured orders
We enable users to view market quotes, search for products, initiate inquiries or purchases, and continuously track quotation, confirmation, payment, and fulfillment milestones within the same order, reducing verbal confirmations and version inconsistencies.
In transaction governance, we retain records of quotations, operations, and status changes, while clearly managing counterparty profiles, product information, and transaction roles, ensuring every transaction has a complete basis.
In terms of business model, the platform generates revenue through transaction commissions, membership services, market and data analysis, and supplier promotions.
What we address is the challenge in bulk transactions where "both parties communicate extensively but still lack a unified, trustworthy transaction record."
Technology is not the goal — exponential business growth is.
