Middle East Enterprise Resource Platform

ClientProject duration 6–12 months 5 min read

We have built a resource platform for enterprises, service providers, investment institutions, and technical teams planning to enter the Middle East market. It brings together industry news, business contacts, event resources, and AI consulting. Users can start by exploring trends, then search for institutions, exchange business cards, register for events, and more quickly find the right partners for their current stage of international expansion.

What businesses expanding overseas often lack is not information, but trusted connections

Policy, market, channel, and service provider information is scattered across media, communities, and conferences. Even when companies are exposed to a large amount of content, it's difficult to quickly determine who has truly worked in the relevant market and who can solve their specific problems. So we didn't make the project a simple information feed. Instead, we put content, connections, and events on the same platform, allowing users to naturally move from "knowing what's happening" to "who to connect with next."

Resource platforms must avoid information overload and low-quality connections

The Middle East market spans multiple countries, industries, and business stages, with highly specific user needs. Without clear labels and scenario matching, the platform can easily become just another feed with plenty of content but inefficient connections. Business relationships also involve issues such as institutional identity authenticity, content copyright, event payments, and service provider liability. The platform must strike a balance between open connectivity and building trust.

Improve resource connection effectiveness with authentication and use-case matching

We build a tagging system around target countries, industries, service capabilities, and company stages, enabling users to read relevant content, search for service providers, exchange business cards, and participate in events, while leveraging AI to quickly obtain basic information and next-step directions. In platform governance, we manage institutional identity, content sources, event organizers, and user permissions to reduce false advertising, ineffective connections, and unclear event liability. In terms of the business model, membership benefits, event ticketing, corporate promotion, and resource matching together generate revenue, ensuring platform value does not rely solely on ad exposure. What we solve is the problem where companies "know they need to enter a new market, but don't know who to contact first, nor how to judge whether the other party is reliable."
Technology is not the goal — exponential business growth is.
