We built a digital portal and AI-powered health management tool for Longevity Group, bringing together multi-source health assessments, long-term trend visualization, and family health sharing into a single, ongoing service. Rather than juggling separate reports, users can now continuously track their health profile, monitor risk changes, and stay aligned with their family's health information.
There is a wealth of family health data, yet a unified way to interpret it has long been missing.
Medical checkup results, daily test data, and lifestyle habit data are usually scattered across different channels. Users receive many files but find it difficult to continuously understand risk changes, and it is also hard for them to jointly manage long-term health with family members.
From the early stages of the project, we made it clear with the Longevity Group that the system should not merely display a single test result, but rather turn scattered data into a continuous health relationship and connect it with follow-up services.
Higher health data value brings greater privacy and accountability
Different health data vary in professional depth and sensitivity. Family sharing does not mean all members can view all information by default. Who can see what, how much they can see, and whether authorization can be revoked must be clearly designed.
AI results must also remain explainable, with clear boundaries between risk alerts and medical diagnoses, so users do not mistake assisted judgments for definitive conclusions.
Build lasting family health relationships with authorization and long-term care
We consolidate multi-dimensional health data into continuously updated personal profiles, trends, and risk alerts, and enable family members to share necessary information after authorization, rather than exposing all data by default.
In terms of permissions, we manage health records, family sharing, and service data separately, fully log user authorizations, and also control how AI conclusions are expressed, ensuring every result retains necessary explanations and boundaries.
In terms of business model, we help Longevity Group extend from periodic assessments to long-term health management, family packages, and ongoing services, establishing a more stable customer lifecycle.
What we solve for Longevity Group is the problem of health services having "many reports, short relationships, and a lack of effective coordination among family members."
