We built a carbon home platform for the Nordic furniture industry chain, connecting furniture manufacturers, material suppliers, component suppliers, and industry organizations. It covers supply chain data management, environmental declaration file parsing, carbon emission calculation, product rating, and electronic certificates. The platform's value lies not in labeling products as "green," but in making green outcomes calculable, verifiable, and traceable.

The core of carbon certification is not to display green, but to prove it.
Furniture products are composed of multiple materials and components, and companies must trace supply chain data to calculate their true carbon impact. However, different suppliers vary in data format, completeness, and level of expertise, making manual consolidation costly. We therefore defined the project as an industry process system rather than a certificate display page. Only by connecting materials, components, products, and audit records can certification results have a credible foundation.
Data standards, certification credibility, and Nordic market rules must all be met simultaneously
Environmental declaration files are complex, making manual extraction inefficient. Moreover, materials, components, and finished products are interconnected across multiple levels, so any data error can impact the final result. Without proper sourcing, review, and verification records in the certification process, electronic certificates will struggle to earn industry trust. The platform must also support multilingual and multi-organization collaboration to align with the actual workflows in the Nordic market.
Turn compliance rules into operational software workflows
We manage materials, components, and product data in a unified way, using AI to automatically extract key information from environmental declarations and calculate carbon efficiency and ratings based on clear rules.
On a trusted framework, we preserve data sources, calculation processes, audit status, and credential verification details, ensuring full traceability for every result while enabling collaboration among suppliers, manufacturers, and certification bodies.
In terms of business model, the platform can generate revenue through enterprise subscriptions, product assessments, and certification services, transforming one-time certification into ongoing supply chain management.
This project highlights a core strength of our overseas offerings: rather than simply translating the system into English, we turn local industry regulations into actionable software workflows.
Technology is not the goal — exponential business growth is.
